Sobre Pau
Hola!
Behind my namesake brand, there I am, Paulina Meza. Pleasure to meet you!
I am Mexican, a nineties chick, overflowing with creativity and adventure spirited. I sing, compose and play the guitar…I create collages in my free time and I love being around nature. I traveled and worked for Up with People for a few years and have been to 17 countries so far.
My degree is in Industrial Design from the Universidad Iberoamericana Torreón. I graduated back in 2013 and have been a professor at my alma mater since 2016 in the Design Department.
The truth is that I really like to study and learn, yes… I am kind of a nerd. I am an Applied Jewelry Specialist from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), and I’ve got a Specialty in University Teaching from IBERO Torreón, both of which I studied in 2020. I just finished in December 2021 my Masters in Fashion Business Management, by ESDEN Business School Madrid.
I am part of the Board of Directors of the Silver Association in La Laguna, A.C. @plataenlalaguna
I am a new member of the Society of North American Goldsmiths since 2022.
This year I am excited that I was selected and will be part of the Milano Jewelry Week 2022, as part of a collective exhibition called ‘The FAB’… Click here and let me tell you about the adventure that this participation has been…
My primary motive with Paulina Meza Jewelry is to passionately design and produce beautiful, standout, original, and long-lasting jewelry pieces that will appeal and serve the bold young woman with a clear purpose.
I like to use quality, recycled or recyclable materials. PMJ is a brand defined by quality, good energy and empathy.
Would you like to take a face-to-face workshop with me and make a jewelry piece out of metal?
