data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"697\"><li data-section-id=\"st7g4c\" data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"554\">Final design specifications.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"ajyt6r\" data-start=\"555\" data-end=\"615\">Fluctuations in international metal or gemstone prices.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"12w0kcv\" data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"697\">Technical adjustments required to ensure the structural quality of the piece.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"847\">Quotes are subject to fluctuations in precious metal and gemstone prices until the project deposit is confirmed.<\/p><p data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"965\">Once the deposit has been received, the agreed price will remain fixed according to the approved design specifications.<\/p><p data-start=\"967\" data-end=\"1071\">To begin any project, a deposit equivalent to <strong data-start=\"1038\" data-end=\"1070\">60% of the agreed total amount is required.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1143\">The deposit is <strong data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1107\">non-refundable,<\/strong> as it immediately initiates:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1292\"><li data-section-id=\"4eu5mk\" data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1168\">The design process.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1uc38bi\" data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1213\">The reservation or acquisition of materials.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"ya3pmo\" data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1246\">Production scheduling.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"2a6y32\" data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1292\">The allocation of workshop time and resources.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1385\">Payment of the deposit constitutes express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p><h4 data-section-id=\"146kzi7\" data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1427\">Full Advance Payment and Cancellations<\/h4><p data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1753\">When a client chooses to pay <strong data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1502\">100% of the project in advance,<\/strong> they may request cancellation within <strong data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1614\">three (3) business days <\/strong>following the payment date, as the project immediately enters the design, specific material acquisition, final modeling, or production stages.<\/p><p data-start=\"1755\" data-end=\"2049\">In such cases, Paulina Meza Joyer\u00eda may issue a refund of <strong data-start=\"1826\" data-end=\"1865\">up to 50% of the total amount paid,<\/strong> retaining the remaining percentage to cover administrative costs, design, allocated materials, production scheduling, and other expenses incurred from the beginning of the project.<\/p><p data-start=\"2051\" data-end=\"2237\">The exact refund percentage will be determined by Paulina Meza Joyer\u00eda based on the actual progress of the project and the expenses incurred up to the cancellation date<\/p><p data-start=\"2239\" data-end=\"2407\">After three (3) business days from the payment date, or once any project-related process has begun, cancellations and refunds will no longer be accepted.<\/p><p data-start=\"2409\" data-end=\"2527\"><br\/>In cases where only the deposit has been paid, it will be considered<strong data-start=\"2492\" data-end=\"2526\"> non-refundable under all DESIGN MODIFICATIONS <\/div><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class='e-n-accordion-item-title-icon'>\n\t\t\t<span class='e-opened' ><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t<span class='e-closed'><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/summary>\n\t\t\t\t<div role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"e-n-accordion-item-1193\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-074b674 e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no wpr-column-slider-no wpr-equal-height-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"074b674\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"e-n-accordion-item-1193\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-99dfc85 e-flex e-con-boxed wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no wpr-column-slider-no wpr-equal-height-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"99dfc85\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6084aef elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6084aef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the design development stage, the initial quote includes up to three minor modifications at no additional cost.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minor modifications are considered adjustments that do not substantially alter the structure or integrity of the design originally proposed by Paulina Meza Joyer\u00eda.<\/span><\/p><p>Examples of minor modifications include:<br\/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Modifying the profile of a wedding band, such as changing from a half-round to a square profile.<\/span><br\/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Changing the type of setting for a gemstone, such as from a bezel setting to a four-prong setting.<\/span><br\/>Adjusting the size of the piece once confirmed by the client.<br\/>Modifying the size of the center gemstone within the quoted specifications, such as changing from a 1.5 ct round diamond to a 2 ct diamond.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Modifications are counted per change request submitted by the client, regardless of the extent of the adjustment requested.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If changes are requested that significantly alter the originally proposed design, such as structural modifications, complete aesthetic redesigns, or substantial changes to the composition of the piece, these will be considered a project redesign.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In these cases, an additional charge equivalent to 25% of the project&#8217;s initially agreed value will apply, in addition to any necessary adjustments in materials, metal weight, gemstone size or type, and other technical specifications.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This new design proposal will include up to five additional modifications within the redesign process.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Requested modifications may result in adjustments to the estimated production timeline.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the number of modifications included in the design process.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the final design model (render, digital simulation, or equivalent technical representation) has been presented and approved by the client, the design will be considered fully confirmed.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From that moment onward, no further modifications to the piece&#8217;s design will be possible, as the project will move into the production stage.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any modification requested after approval of the model will result in the cancellation of the current project and the issuance of a new quote, subject to scheduling and material availability.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital modeling is an approximate representation of the final design, so slight variations in proportions, finishes, or details may occur as a result of the manufacturing process.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<details id=\"e-n-accordion-item-1194\" class=\"e-n-accordion-item\" >\n\t\t\t\t<summary class=\"e-n-accordion-item-title\" data-accordion-index=\"5\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"e-n-accordion-item-1194\" >\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class='e-n-accordion-item-title-header'><div class=\"e-n-accordion-item-title-text\"> 5. SUPPLIER IDENTITY Paulina Meza Jewelry is a brand operated by Paulina Meza, complying with the obligations before the SAT, with tax domicile in Torre\u00f3n, Coahuila, Mexico. By making a purchase, requesting a quote or making an advance payment, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. 2. NATURE OF THE PIECES The pieces produced by the brand can be classified as: Standard Collection Custom or Bespoke pieces Redesigns of existing jewelry Repairs and specialized services Custom and bespoke pieces are developed specifically for each client, so they are not mass-produced products and are not subject to standard return policies. 3. QUOTATIONS AND ADVANCE PAYMENTS Initial quotes are estimates and may be adjusted as the final design is defined or variations occur in the price of metals, gems or necessary technical processes. Quotes may be modified by: Final design specifications. Fluctuations in international metal or gemstone prices. Technical adjustments required to ensure the structural quality of the piece. Quotes are subject to fluctuations in precious metal and gemstone prices until the project deposit is confirmed. Once the deposit has been received, the agreed price will remain fixed according to the approved design specifications. To begin any project, a deposit equivalent to 60% of the agreed total amount is required. The deposit is non-refundable, as it immediately initiates: The design process. The reservation or acquisition of materials. Production scheduling. The allocation of workshop time and resources. Payment of the deposit constitutes express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Full Advance Payment and Cancellations When a client chooses to pay 100% of the project in advance, they may request cancellation within three (3) business days following the payment date, as the project immediately enters the design, specific material acquisition, final modeling, or production stages. In such cases, Paulina Meza Joyer\u00eda may issue a refund of up to 50% of the total amount paid, retaining the remaining percentage to cover administrative costs, design, allocated materials, production scheduling, and other expenses incurred from the beginning of the project. The exact refund percentage will be determined by Paulina Meza Joyer\u00eda based on the actual progress of the project and the expenses incurred up to the cancellation date After three (3) business days from the payment date, or once any project-related process has begun, cancellations and refunds will no longer be accepted. In cases where only the deposit has been paid, it will be considered non-refundable under all circumstances. 4. DESIGN MODIFICATIONS During the design development stage, the initial quote includes up to three minor modifications at no additional cost. Minor modifications are considered adjustments that do not substantially alter the structure or integrity of the design originally proposed by Paulina Meza Joyer\u00eda. Examples of minor modifications include:Modifying the profile of a wedding band, such as changing from a half-round to a square profile.Changing the type of setting for a gemstone, such as from a bezel setting to a four-prong setting.Adjusting the size of the piece once confirmed by the client.Modifying the size of the center gemstone within the quoted specifications, such as changing from a 1.5 ct round diamond to a 2 ct diamond. Modifications are counted per change request submitted by the client, regardless of the extent of the adjustment requested. If changes are requested that significantly alter the originally proposed design, such as structural modifications, complete aesthetic redesigns, or substantial changes to the composition of the piece, these will be considered a project redesign. In these cases, an additional charge equivalent to 25% of the project&#8217;s initially agreed value will apply, in addition to any necessary adjustments in materials, metal weight, gemstone size or type, and other technical specifications. This new design proposal will include up to five additional modifications within the redesign process. Requested modifications may result in adjustments to the estimated production timeline. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the number of modifications included in the design process. Once the final design model (render, digital simulation, or equivalent technical representation) has been presented and approved by the client, the design will be considered fully confirmed. From that moment onward, no further modifications to the piece&#8217;s design will be possible, as the project will move into the production stage. Any modification requested after approval of the model will result in the cancellation of the current project and the issuance of a new quote, subject to scheduling and material availability. Digital modeling is an approximate representation of the final design, so slight variations in proportions, finishes, or details may occur as a result of the manufacturing process. 5. PRODUCTION TIMES Estimated production times may vary depending on the complexity of the project, material availability, the workshop&#8217;s workload, or external circumstances beyond Paulina Meza Joyer\u00eda&#8217;s control. The timelines communicated during the quotation process are approximate estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of an exact delivery date. 6. CHANGES IN MATERIAL PRICES Quotes are subject to fluctuations in precious metal and gemstone prices until the project deposit is confirmed. Once the deposit has been received, the agreed price will remain fixed according to the approved design specifications. 7. CLIENT-SUPPLIED MATERIALS Paulina Meza Joyer\u00eda accepts gold provided by the client as partial payment toward the creation of a piece. The value of the gold will be determined exclusively by Paulina Meza Joyer\u00eda based on an evaluation of the material (purity, weight, and physical condition) upon receipt. The resulting amount may only be applied as credit toward the project, up to a maximum of 50% of the piece&#8217;s total value. The remaining balance must be paid using conventional payment methods. For calculation purposes, a 10% deduction for material loss will be applied to the total weight of the gold received, corresponding to the chemical refining process required for its reuse. This process is essential to ensure the quality, purity, and performance of the material used in the final piece. 8.
