Operation from Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico.

1. SUPPLIER IDENTITY

Paulina Meza Jewelry is a brand operated by Paulina Meza, complying with the obligations before the SAT, with tax domicile in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico.

By making a purchase, requesting a quote or making an advance payment, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The pieces produced by the brand can be classified as:

  • Standard Collection
  • Custom or Bespoke pieces
  • Redesigns of existing jewelry
  • Repairs and specialized services

Custom and bespoke pieces are developed specifically for each client, so they are not mass-produced products and are not subject to standard return policies.

Initial quotes are estimates and may be adjusted as the final design is defined or variations occur in the price of metals, gems or necessary technical processes.

Quotes may be modified by:

  • Final design definition
  • Variations in international prices of metals or gems
  • Technical adjustments required to ensure structural quality

To start any project, an advance payment of 60% of the total agreed value is required. The advance payment is non-refundable, as it immediately activates the design process, the separation or acquisition of materials, and the production schedule.

Payment of the advance implies express acceptance of these terms.

Once the advance payment is received, up to five modifications are included at no additional cost. In the event of requesting a complete redesign or exceeding the number of included modifications, an additional charge equivalent to 25% of the initially agreed value will be applied, in addition to the corresponding adjustments in metals or gems.

Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the project, the availability of materials, and the time of year. The times communicated are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of an exact delivery date.

When the customer provides a metal, an initial estimated loss of 10% is considered, subject to variation after refining.

The customer accepts that the material may contain unknown alloys or contaminants.

If the metal grade does not match the declared grade, the price will be adjusted.

The advance payment implies acceptance of these conditions.

7.1 Reception

Upon receiving gems provided by the customer, the declared value and proof of purchase will be requested, photographs will be taken, and a physical or digital receipt document will be signed. If a gemological certificate exists, it must be presented at the time of receipt.

7.4 Without insurance (8% coverage not purchased)

In the absence of the additional 8% coverage, the brand does not assume financial responsibility for fracture, breakage, or chipping. The client accepts the inherent risk of the material. The only applicable guarantee will be re-mounting if the gem comes loose within the first year, provided the original gem is presented, except in cases of verifiable technical negligence.

7.5 With insurance (additional coverage 8%)

If the customer purchases the additional 8% coverage on the declared value, liability will be limited to the declared and accepted value, applying exclusively during the assembly process.

The gems eligible for this additional coverage are listed in the preceding paragraphs.

In case of fracture during mounting, and provided the gem is eligible, it will be replaced with a gem similar in value, color and shape, subject to commercial availability.

The included basic warranty lasts for one year from the date of delivery and settlement.
